We address weather and age related issues from hail, snow, high heat, water ponding, cracking, and membrane deterioration. Our detailed inspections ensure every aspect of a commercial roof including it's load bearing reqiurements, venting, hatches, drainage system, underlayment and plywood or metal decking that needs to be replaced for long-term durability and moisture protection, is taken into account.
