Clear Creek Sanitation Roof Replacements

Roofing & Renovations Concierge replaced the three roofs, decking, and ventilation systems for the Arvada, CO Clear Creek Valley Sanitation Department office building, equipment storage facility, and truck depot. This was a complex multi-roof replacement project due to the condition of the existing roofing structures which were severely damaged by hail and the decking of the storage facility was weakened and rotted in many areas. 

The project gallery shows the complete modernization of the roofing systems to protect specialized equipment, office personnel, and heavy industrial trucks using asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, and R-Panel metal standing seam panels depending on the individual facility roofing requirements.
