At Roofing & Renovations Concierge we call this the Pacific Wave roof replacement and exterior renovation due to the use of Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Designer roofing shingles and matching premium paint. This 4,300-square-foot house, built in 2016, needed a new roof, extensive siding repairs, fresh exterior paint, gutters, downspouts, renovated patio sized deck, and a garage door replaced due to severe hail damage sustained over an eight year period. We deployed a raised ventilation system and refitted the roofs solar energy panels while replacing a shattered unit. A refreshing and vibrant restoration all around.
